Land prices in Nairobi remained static in quarter 4 2022

This is according to the latest Hass land index which attributes the slowdown in price growth to reduced activities in a year characterized by a general election. During the quarter land prices in the city's suburbs remained static with a paltry zero-point two percent growth.
